Most dentists know their day by nine o'clock. Two check-ups, a crown prep, root canal stage two, a scale and polish. The Day List takes that sentence and turns it into a working plan: myCliniBot builds a card for each procedure, each one linked to the right note template. You work through the cards as you see patients, generate a note per card, and the Copied tab keeps track of what is done so nothing gets missed.
Building the list in one sentence
Open the Day List and click Plan Day
The planner takes your whole day at once. Dictate with the microphone or type, whichever is quicker at that time of the morning.
Describe the day as you would say it
Something like two check-ups, a crown prep, root canal stage two and a scale and polish. Quantities are understood, so two check-ups becomes two exam cards.
Click Build day list
myCliniBot reads the plan and creates a card for each procedure, in order, ready for the day ahead.
You can also add cards one at a time with the Add card button at the bottom of the list, and reorder or remove cards at any point using the arrows and bin icon on each card.
Working through the cards
Each card is a small note composer for one appointment.
- Type or dictate findings. Use the text box, or press and hold the microphone to dictate straight onto the card. Only one microphone can run at a time, so findings never land on the wrong patient.
- Open Smart Chat. The sparkles icon opens the structured questionnaire for that procedure, exactly as it works in the main workspace.
- Adjust before you send. Dropdowns at the top of the card switch the procedure or treatment phase, and patient initials keep the finished notes easy to identify later.
- Send. myCliniBot generates the clinical note, and the card turns from orange to green when it is ready.
Two treatments in one visit
If a patient is having more than one treatment in the same appointment, the multi-treatment picker, the plus icon next to the sparkles, attaches extra procedures to the card. They show as removable chips, the card title updates to the combination, an adult exam plus extractions for example, and you put all the clinical detail in the main box. myCliniBot combines everything into one note covering all treatments.
The Copied tab keeps score
The Day List has two tabs, Notes and Copied, and between them they turn the day's documentation into a shrinking to-do list.
- Copy moves the card. When a note is ready, review it and click Copy to paste it into your practice management system. The card moves to the Copied tab automatically.
- Notes shows what is left. The Notes tab only ever shows what still needs doing, and a counter in the header tracks how many notes are to copy and how many are copied.
- Mistakes reverse cleanly. Copied a card too soon? Move to Notes brings it back.
- The day closes itself. When every note is copied you see All notes copied. That is the day's documentation, finished.
Acting on a finished note
Once a card's note is generated you can work with it without leaving the Day List. Turn it into a referral or patient letter, have myCliniBot draft a treatment-specific consent form from it, or send it to the treatment planning consultant. You can also edit the note, view the original input you sent, or retry the generation if needed.
Common questions about the Day List
- What happens to yesterday's day list?
- Previous days stay available for seven days. Pick the day you want from the date dropdown in the header.
- Can two cards record at the same time?
- No. Only one microphone runs at a time, so dictated findings always land on the card you pressed and never on the wrong patient.
- What if the planner does not recognise a procedure?
- It appears in an amber box at the top of the list. Use the Add as dropdown to assign the right procedure, or dismiss it if it was not a procedure at all.
