Treatment pages that carry the conversation home

Send a patient a personalised, secure page about their treatment: the journey, the costs, your note at the top, and one clear button to tell you what they would like to do next.

Updated

The decision about high-value treatment is rarely made in the chair. It is made at home, that evening, without you in the room. Treatment pages are personalised, secure web pages you send a patient about a specific treatment. Each one explains the treatment in patient-friendly language, the journey, the benefits, the risks and the cost, with your personal note at the top and clear buttons for the patient to tell you what they would like to do next.

Sending a page from the Patient Tracker

  1. Open the patient's card

In the Patient Tracker, expand the patient's card and click Create in the Treatment Pages section.

  2. Choose a template and make it personal

Pick one of the seven treatment templates, then add an optional personal note of up to 500 characters. It appears at the top of the patient's page, and a line that references the actual consultation does more work than any brochure.

  3. Set the price and the button

Tick Set a specific price for this patient to show their exact quote instead of the template default. Choose the main call to action, I'd like to proceed or Request a consultation, and send. The patient receives an email with their secure link.

Seven templates, written for UK patients

The templates cover the treatments where a considered decision at home matters most.

  • Clear aligners and Invisalign
  • Dental implants
  • Ceramic veneers
  • Composite bonding
  • Fixed orthodontics
  • Teeth whitening
  • General restorative treatment

Making the templates yours

Every template can be rewritten in your practice's voice and priced with your real fees. Open the gear icon in the Patient Tracker header and choose the Treatment Pages tab. Every section is editable: the opening, the transformation, the journey timeline, the proof, the value and finance section, the FAQs and the final call to action. Templates you have edited are badged so you can tell them apart when sending, and Reset to Default restores the original wording after a confirmation. Your changes apply to every future page sent from that template.

What the patient receives

  • A welcome that feels personal. Your practice name, their treatment, and your personal note at the top if you added one.
  • The treatment, explained. Overview, benefits and risks in patient-friendly language, with a visual timeline showing each step of their journey.
  • The investment, stated plainly. Pricing from the template, or the personal quote you set, alongside finance options, FAQs and social proof to answer common worries.

When the patient responds

At the end of the page the patient can respond with one tap: the main button you chose when sending, or I have questions, which sends their questions to you directly. Every action notifies your practice immediately and is recorded in the page's audit history. And because pages are sent from the Patient Tracker, the response lands straight in the patient's journey, ready for the next stage and a consent form when they are.

Common questions about treatment pages

Can the patient see their exact quote?
Yes. Tick Set a specific price for this patient when creating the page, and their figure replaces the template's default price.
What stops someone else opening the link?
The page only opens after the patient confirms their identity with a secure passcode, and repeated wrong attempts temporarily lock the link.
Do template edits change pages I have already sent?
Customisations apply to every future page sent from that template. Reset to Default restores the original wording at any time.
